Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking has been completed and payment has been received, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged except where required by law.

Date Transfers

In certain circumstances, tickets may be transferred to an alternative event date at the organiser’s discretion.

Requests to change dates must:

• Be made in advance of the scheduled event
• Be submitted by email to info@tidesoftradition.com
• Be subject to availability for the requested alternative date

Tides of Tradition reserves the right to approve or decline transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.
