We recently attended Tides of Tradition at Actons Hotel in Kinsale and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The show is a wonderful celebration of Irish culture, showcasing outstanding traditional music, singing and dancing performed by an incredibly talented cast. The musicians were exceptional, creating an atmosphere that had the audience engaged from the very first tune. The dancers were equally impressive, bringing energy, precision and passion to every performance. It was clear how much work and dedication goes into the show, and that enthusiasm shone through on stage. What stood out most was the authenticity of the experience. Rather than feeling like a tourist attraction, it felt like a genuine celebration of Ireland’s rich musical and cultural heritage. The performers clearly love what they do, and that passion is infectious. Kinsale is lucky to have a show of this quality on its doorstep. Whether you’re local to the area or visiting, Tides of Tradition is a fantastic evening’s entertainment and a brilliant way to experience the best of Irish music and dance.
